Our goal here at the Mill is to create a supportive environment for your journey to deeper self understanding. We believe that the more we know about ourselves, the better equipped we are to engage in healthy relationships and move through life with a positive, healthy sense of self.
We are located in a small countryside village called Ciemno in the Pomeranian region of Poland, close to the sea, lakes, forest and rivers. All in all it's a magical place rich in history and folklore set among rolling hills, forest, lakes and rivers.
