Kitchen

We know the importance nourishment especially during transformative work. We also realise that good food is an essential ingredient for a successful workshop. We take care to listen to the needs of our guest and make sure to that food intolerances and allergies are taken into account when creating the menu for your retreat. We source local and ecological produce whenever possible. We are passionate about food and love to explore recipes and flavours. Our kitchen is vegetarian and vegan. Food is served in the converted barn building which has it's own fireplace and cosy atmosphere. Usually, we serve 3 meals during the day, but other options are available as well.

Garden & Park

ZM retreat centre is set among the rolling hills of the Cassubian country side, around each bend of the road lies a surprisingly beautiful and varied landscape. The garden and park has the same qualities, we have not tamed nature to strict lines and order but really try to create a wild yet managable approach which favours herbs and culinary flowers. There are nooks and crannies as well as secret paths to explore. Shamanic details and a 100m (33ft) long wooden walkway that takes you on a journey alongside the river and on to platform over-looking a small and peaceful lake.  We've created several small alcoves where you can sit in meditation and simply enjoy the sounds of nature. It's beautiful all year round.
There's direct access to the river and further to a large lake with pristine water.
