Lake Kamieniczno

Whenever you want to go for a swim, you can take a dip in the Kamieniczno River that runs alongside the house. There are stone steps for easy access and a rope to hold onto, allowing you to enjoy the gentle massage of the water on your body. The river is vibrant and full of life, with fish often coming to greet you, and its refreshing waters are sure to revive you.

However, if you need a larger body of water where you can swim freely, Lake Kamieniczno is just a two-minute walk from the gate. There, you'll find a pristine beach with a public recreational area equipped with lounge chairs, a playground, hammocks, and a volleyball court. The water is very clean, and the beach is usually not very crowded. Even if it is busy, there are plenty of other spots around the lake where you can find more privacy.

The lake is quite narrow and long, forming an S-shape, making it fun to kayak on. It's also quite deep, reaching up to 30 meters. We have two old-school style kayaks that you can take for a spin. Starting from our little kayak dock, you can paddle your way under the bridge and through an amazing wetland that reminds us of the bayous in Louisiana. As you navigate through the reeds, the lake opens up, and a new adventure awaits.
